We're seeking an experienced 3D Development Designer to join our busy product development team at Taylor Higson, a global provider of retail display solutions based in Leicester.

As a 3D Development Designer, you'll be responsible for bringing to life a variety of ideas spanning complex merchandising solutions to POS displays situated in high street store environments, particularly within the beauty and cosmetics industries.

You'll work closely with brands and retailers to understand their project requirements, timelines, and budgets, and use AutoCAD and SolidWorks to produce 2D planograms and 3D CAD models.

The role offers a mixture of office and hybrid working, so being in a commutable location of Leicester is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create functional and visually appealing designs for POS displays and complex merchandising solutions.
  • Work closely with brands and retailers to understand their project requirements, timelines, and budgets.
  • Use AutoCAD and SolidWorks to produce 2D and 3D models and drawing packs.

Requirements:

  • Degree level education in Product Design or similar.
  • Extensive experience in 3D design, particularly in POS.
  • Strong skills in SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
