Senior 3D Artist

Our Leicestershire based clients are seeking a highly skilled Senior 3D Concept Designer to join their team in a full time and permanent role. Working with a variety of beauty/health and cosmetic brands on retail experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research and gather insights that consider psychology and customer behaviours, translating into design outputs.
  • Taking briefs directly from clients and account managers, leading projects by thoroughly evaluating briefs.
  • Generating creative concept design ideas through sketching, CAD modelling and visualisation.
  • Working closely with 2D and Technical designers to follow concepts through to development and production, ensuring creative intent is upheld.
Requirements:
  • A real passion for Design, both in and out of work.
  • A passion for delivering retail experiences that consider the brand, customer, marketplace and competitor landscape.
  • Calm, positive and can-do attitude when working on challenging projects.
  • A sound understanding of marketing and brand communications.
  • Evaluate and rationalise designs to arrive at relevant solutions through creative exploration.
  • Graphic design sensibilities are essential, capable of interpreting a brand's visual identity and producing concepts that align with the brand.
  • Proactive, adaptable and a flexible team player.
  • Experience of a fast-paced business and industry.
