Established Estate Agency Seeks Experienced Sales Negotiator
£16,000 Basic Salary, £25,000 OTE
Prima Ardelle Associates, a reputable and successful real estate agency, is seeking a skilled Sales Negotiator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Meeting and greeting clients, both in person and over the phone
- Matching client needs for buying and selling properties
- Generating appointments for viewings and valuations
- Telephoning clients with new properties that have become available
- Conducting property viewings in the local area
- Performing general administrative duties, including data input and basic IT skills
- Organizing and prioritizing tasks with attention to detail
- Having a full driving license and access to a vehicle
This is a dynamic role that requires a proactive and driven individual who is able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have opportunities for ongoing training and career progression within the company.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months experience in a sales or customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Basic IT skills and data input experience
- Full driving license and access to a vehicle
