Established Estate Agency Seeks Experienced Sales Negotiator

£16,000 Basic Salary, £25,000 OTE

Prima Ardelle Associates, a reputable and successful real estate agency, is seeking a skilled Sales Negotiator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Meeting and greeting clients, both in person and over the phone
  • Matching client needs for buying and selling properties
  • Generating appointments for viewings and valuations
  • Telephoning clients with new properties that have become available
  • Conducting property viewings in the local area
  • Performing general administrative duties, including data input and basic IT skills
  • Organizing and prioritizing tasks with attention to detail
  • Having a full driving license and access to a vehicle

This is a dynamic role that requires a proactive and driven individual who is able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have opportunities for ongoing training and career progression within the company.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months experience in a sales or customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Basic IT skills and data input experience
  • Full driving license and access to a vehicle
