Job Opportunity: Hospitality Sales ConsultantWe are seeking a skilled Hospitality Sales Consultant to join our Northfleet site. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling bespoke linen solutions and ancillary services, including workwear and washroom solutions, to hotels and restaurants. Your target market will comprise small to medium-sized companies within the hospitality sector.
Your Mission at Elis UK Limited- Identify and secure new linen rental contracts within the Hospitality sector.
- Take full ownership of sales activities in the assigned territory for all customers of bed, table, and hotel spa linen.
- Deliver effective sales calls and presentations to drive sales growth.
- Present products and services to General Managers, Buyers, and Housekeeping staff.
- Achieve agreed sales targets and objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Develop business plans to optimize new business sales.
- Collaborate with the wider matrix of stakeholders and support teams to support account wins.
- Ability to persuade and influence people at all levels and develop strong working relationships.
- Minimum of 2 years' sales experience in the Hospitality sector.
- A proven track record of commercial awareness, achieving sales targets, and excellent negotiation skills.
- A self-starter with the ability to organize yourself to ensure tasks are carried out in a timely manner.
- MS Office and general IT skills, including use of CRM systems.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Good negotiation skills with the ability to win new business independently.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze, understand, and drive sales performance metrics.
- A basic salary of £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience.
- An uncapped commission structure.
