Direct Sales Representative

Glu Recruit LTD is seeking a Direct Sales Agent to join their telesales team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for contacting existing customers to discuss and renew their car warranty coverage.
You will need to have a persuasive yet customer-focused approach to sales, balancing assertiveness with empathy and excellent listening skills. This role requires regular participation in training to stay updated on compliance regulations and ethical selling practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact existing customers by phone, SMS, and email to discuss and renew their car warranty coverage.
- Proactively reach out to relatable customers, identified from data, to offer suitable warranty products and services.
- Sell warranty products in a compliant manner adhering to regulatory guidelines and company standards for compliance.
- Ensure all sales communications are accurate, honest, and align with company standards for compliance.
