RGB Recruitment Ltd is a leading consultancy firm seeking an experienced mechanical design engineer to join their team as a technical lead. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and excellent leadership skills.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of initial strategic concepts for projects, collaborating closely with the design team to deliver safe, efficient, and buildable solutions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Production of calculations, design deliverables, site surveys, and construction stage duties
  • Client liaison and liaison with members of design/construction teams
  • Project management and coordination
  • Good experience working with software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and IES
  • Quality design experience in the building services sector
  • Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a degree in mechanical engineering, relevant qualifications, and a strong background in mechanical design. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential for this role.
