Senior Social Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Social Worker to join our team as a Practice Lead. In this role, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your expertise in complex case management and provide leadership and professional wisdom to your colleagues and other professionals.
You will work directly with individuals, families, and communities to ensure safe practice and protection from abuse. Your role will also involve leading on and developing community-led support initiatives, producing high-quality assessments, and managing risk and complexity.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have advanced social work practice with adults in a statutory setting, knowledge of relevant legislation and practice guidance, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues, families, and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on and develop community-led support initiatives
- Produce high-quality assessments and manage risk and complexity
- Work directly with individuals, families, and communities to ensure safe practice and protection from abuse
- Provide leadership and professional wisdom to colleagues and other professionals
Requirements:
- Advanced social work practice with adults in a statutory setting
