About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Residential Care Assistant. As a Residential Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care services to our clients, including support with personal care, medication management, and household chores.

Salary and Benefits:

  • We offer a competitive salary of £12-£12.20 per hour, plus 22p mileage.
  • You will also receive a range of benefits, including enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, enhanced occupational paternity pay entitlement, death in service payment, pension scheme, benefits and wellbeing platform, 28 days annual leave (pro-rata), refer-a-friend scheme, and cycle-to-work scheme.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide high-quality care services to our clients, including support with personal care, medication management, and household chores.
  2. Develop strong relationships with our clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  3. Work collaboratively as part of our close-knit team to achieve our goals and objectives.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a compassionate and caring attitude towards our clients. You will also need to be willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of our team.
