About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Bank Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring they receive the best possible experience.

Your Key Responsibilities

* Support residents with daily living activities, including personal care, medication management, and meal preparation

What You Need to Succeed

* Previous experience working in a care setting, preferably with older adults
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents and colleagues
* A caring and empathetic approach, with a commitment to delivering exceptional care and support
