**Role Overview:**

About the Role:

This long-term position involves working 1:1 with a child, providing academic support and guidance to help them reach their full potential. The successful candidate will have experience supporting individuals with Special Educational Needs and be driven, confident, and able to form good relationships with all staff and pupils.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support to a child in KS1, helping them overcome challenges and achieve academic success.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to engage the child and promote learning.
  • Collaborate with the school's teaching staff to ensure seamless integration into the curriculum.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications and training relevant to this role.
  • Experience working with children with Special Educational Needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
