Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Gi Group. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities by performing routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of equipment and machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostic tests to identify and resolve equipment issues.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure maintenance activities do not disrupt production schedules.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior maintenance staff.
Requirements:
- Relevant trade certification or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry.
