About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Tesco Colleague to join our team in Great Yarmouth. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, and maintaining a high level of store standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customers have a positive shopping experience.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and maintain store standards.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer queries and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Contribute to visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring a visually appealing shopping environment.
  • Participate in stock replenishment, receiving and processing stock deliveries, and maintaining accurate stock levels.
  • Support colleagues in achieving their goals and objectives, promoting a positive and inclusive store culture.
