Management Accountant Role

Orka Financial is seeking a skilled Management Accountant to support the financial reporting and analysis needs of our client in Windelsham. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing timely and accurate management accounts, supporting business decision-making, and contributing to the development of financial plans and forecasts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and lead the month-end process for the preparation of management accounts
  • Complete balance sheet reconciliations and produce period-end journals
  • Review sales and costs with management to ensure accurate coding and accruals
  • Participate in forecasting and annual budget processes
  • Support the Finance Business Partners in producing variance analysis for management reporting packs
Requirements:
  • Strong management accounting experience and accounting qualification
  • Excellent communication and team player skills
  • Ability to work well in a small finance team and adapt to changing requirements
