Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and standards, ensuring food safety and quality control.
  • Oversee the production of assigned dishes, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Collaborate with the head chef to develop and taste new recipes, providing suggestions for improvement and innovation.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, providing support and assistance as needed.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices, adhering to policies and procedures.


Requirements

  • Proven experience working in a similar role, with a strong understanding of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with a commitment to our core values.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
