Culinary Excellence at Holroyd Howe

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Chef De Partie to join our team at Holroyd Howe, a leading contract caterer providing fresh and innovative food services to independent schools and colleges.

As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes to the highest standards, ensuring food safety and quality at all times. You will also oversee the production of all dishes assigned to your station, maintain a clean and organized kitchen, and collaborate with our head chef to develop and taste new recipes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards, ensuring food safety and quality at all times
  • Oversee the production of all dishes assigned to your station
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including your designated area
  • Collaborate with our head chef to develop and taste new recipes
  • Communicate effectively with all team members and assist/support colleagues as needed


Requirements
  • Proven experience working in a similar role
  • Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
  • Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
