About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Adult Care Specialist to join our team in the Portadown H&SS Centre. As a key member of our community services team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to adults in the Craigavon & Banbridge area.

Job Description:

  • To provide person-centered care to adults with varying needs and abilities
  • To work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans
  • To promote independence and empowerment among service users

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., nursing, social work, public health)
  • Proven experience in providing adult care services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Salary and Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of £22,816 - £24,336 per annum
