**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide exceptional care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met
* Supervise and support care assistants in their daily tasks and responsibilities
* Administer medication and maintain accurate records
* Develop and implement care plans that cater to individual resident needs
* Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery

**Requirements**

* NVQ level 3 (or equivalent qualification) in care or a related field
* Proven experience in care, preferably in a residential or dementia setting
* Strong knowledge of care legislation, including CQC Fundamental Standards
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
