Temporary Receptionist Opportunity

We are seeking a temporary receptionist to join our team at Scotia Partnership Limited in Dunfermline. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, answering phone calls, managing mail, and booking appointments.

This is a 6-week contract with the potential to extend. The hourly rate is £12.00.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Managing administrative tasks, including mail and phone calls
  • Booking appointments and managing diaries
  • Working collaboratively with the team to achieve goals

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Administrative experience, preferably in a reception or customer service role
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
