About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Commercial Division in Dudley. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building new relationships through business development and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to identify new sales opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to drive sales growth
  • Work closely with our sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in a sales or recruitment agency setting
  • Experience of working as a 360 Recruitment Consultant
  • Strong business development and sales skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
