HVAC Maintenance Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Maintenance Specialist to join our team at EMCOR UK. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing complex Refrigeration and Air Conditioning systems, Chillers, and associated controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance tasks on a variety of plant, equipment, and industrial service supplies, including HVAC Plant, Industrial/Commercial Chillers, and Building Management Systems.
  • Perform reactive repair tasks on site plant and equipment, ensuring all duties are carried out in a safe, tidy, and responsible manner in accordance with Health & Safety requirements.
  • Ensure spares and materials are used in a cost-effective manner and complete site work order documentation to required site standards.
  • Work as an on-call duty engineer as part of a team rota if required and obey client and EMCOR site rules, maintaining a high standard of discipline at all times.

Requirements:

  • Solid background within a similar role, with trade qualifications and level ? Refrigeration Qualifications NVQ/C&G Certificate.
  • Electrically qualified or competent, with Data Centre experience being helpful but not a prerequisite.
  • Refrigerant handling certification and knowledge of Permit to Work System, with undertaken relevant Health and Safety Training.
  • Ability to sustain effective relationships and some knowledge of Building Management Systems being an advantage.
