Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance and Engineering Specialist to join our team at EMCOR UK. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our electrical, mechanical, and building systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal system performance
  • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on electrical and mechanical systems
  • Supervise and coordinate with contractors to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Monitor and report on system performance, identifying areas for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Collaborate with the account manager to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Respond to requests for assistance from the help desk
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and system performance

Requirements:

  • City and Guilds Mechanical / Electrical Engineering qualification
  • Proven experience in M&E maintenance and repair
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of health and safety legislation and safe working practices
