Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Planner to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the planning process, including planning applications and appeals, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate site feasibility to ensure successful planning applications.
  • Prepare and submit high-quality planning applications.
  • Maintain accurate records of time-constrained planning consents.
Essential Requirements
  • Degree qualified with an RTPI or RICS-accredited degree.
  • Membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute or Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (or working towards your qualifications).
  • Experience or knowledge of the planning process, including planning applications and appeals.
  • Fully licensed to drive in the UK.
Salary and Benefits
