Administrative and IT Coordinator

Trent Education Centre is seeking a highly organised and tech-savvy Office Administrator & IT Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth office operations and providing technical support to staff and students.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a detail-oriented individual who can manage various tasks simultaneously, work independently as well as part of a team, and provide high-quality administrative and IT support. Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing day-to-day office operations, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office supplies and equipment.
- Providing administrative assistance to staff and faculty, including preparing reports, handling correspondence, and organising events.
- Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues. Providing technical support and training to staff and students.
- Maintaining and updating office databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
- Managing and organising important documents, including records, reports, and files, ensuring they are easily accessible.
- Acting as the point of contact for internal and external inquiries. Facilitating effective communication within the office.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, and proven experience in an administrative or IT support role. They should possess strong organisational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and familiarity with IT systems and troubleshooting.
