Vi söker en erfaren Arbetsledare till vår verksamhet inom asfalt och bergmaterial. Du kommer att arbeta nära en produktionschef och tillsammans ansvara för att planera och leda vår produktionsverksamhet inom asfaltutläggning.

Uppdrag och ansvar

Du kommer att vara ansvarig för produktionsplanering, ekonomistyrning, ledning av UE och personal, inköp samt kontinuerlig uppföljning av produktionen. Det är viktigt att du har ett ansvar för att alla arbetsmoment utförs på ett säkert och effektivt sätt.

Krav och meriter

Vi ser att du har minst fem års erfarenhet inom branschen och god generell IT-kompetens. Erfarenhet av arbetsledning inom asfalt-, entreprenad- eller anläggningsbranschen är starkt meriterande. Vi ser också att du har goda språkkunskaper i svenska och har lätt för att fatta beslut, är relationsskapande och strukturerad samtidigt som du har bra helhetssyn.
