**Job Title:** Senior Precision Inspector

 

ADDMAN Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Precision Inspector to join our Quality Team in Rochester, MN. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge CMM equipment and software to ensure production parts meet customer requirements.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Measure key part characteristics with CMM equipment
  • Perform CMM programming, setup, and analysis of both in-process and finished products
  • Collaborate with engineering and programming teams to troubleshoot parts
  • Conduct first-piece production inspections and provide feedback
  • Develop and implement quality documentation including inspection and discrepancy reports
  • Communicate effectively with machinists, operators, and management to maintain acceptable quality standards

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or 2+ years of experience in precision inspection
  • Preferred experience with PC DMIS, CAD/CAM, and CMM software
  • Knowledge of GD&T and general blueprint interpretation
  • Strong computer skills, attention to detail, and organization skills
  • Innovative thinker, self-starter, and problem-solving skills

 

Estimated Salary:** $60,000 - $80,000 per year
