Drive National Sales Growth in Property Business

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead national sales growth in our expanding property business, focusing on education sector opportunities. As a key member of our team, you will develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth, identify new business opportunities, and nurture relationships with key clients.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targeted growth in the education sector
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship-building
  • Nurture existing client relationships and expand our presence in the education sector
  • Collaborate with design teams to deliver high-quality projects that meet client needs
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor research to inform sales strategies

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

A strong background in property development, sales, or marketing, preferably within the education sectorExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholdersProven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targetsAbility to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach

The Offer:

We are offering a highly competitive salary of £75,000-£85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including:
