About the Role

This is a key position within the NFU Mutual South West Regional team, focusing on ensuring the sales of NFU Mutual products and services meet quality and regulatory standards. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in influencing and monitoring the performance of NFU Mutual Agents across the South West region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and oversee new Agents to ensure they receive training, monitoring, and sales support.
  • Monitor, assess, and coach existing agents to achieve required standards of competence.
  • Analyse, identify, report, and escalate common or systemic quality risks and issues.
  • Complete Agency Training & Competency audits to gain control assurance and ensure remedial actions are identified and agreed upon to meet compliance requirements.

About You

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Insurance or Financial Services, with experience in compliance and sales. Strong attention to detail, excellent feedback and coaching skills, and the ability to manage conflict and demonstrate resilience in challenging situations are essential.
