About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Software QA Tester to join our dynamic development team at LEAP Legal Software. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute detailed manual and automated test scripts for various types of testing across our software suite.
  • Collaborate with developers and product management to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
  • Perform regression testing, performance testing, and load testing to validate software reliability.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of requirements, specifications, and technical documentation to provide timely feedback.
  • Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks and tools for efficient testing.
  • Monitor and report on testing progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer or similar role.
  • Familiarity with test automation tools, such as SmartBear, Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes, ideally ISTQB foundation certified.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
