We are seeking a skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our Adult Community Speech and Language Therapy team. The successful candidate will work with adults who have communication and swallowing difficulties, providing assessment, management, and treatment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assess and manage adults with communication and swallowing difficulties
  2. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  4. Participate in regular clinical team meetings and personal development planning

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A Speech and Language degree qualificationRegistration with the HCPCMembership of the RCSLTThe ability to drive and have access to a car
