Delivering sustainability excellence in the Midlands region is a key priority for Willmott Dixon. As Regional Sustainability Lead, you will play a crucial role in implementing our ambitious sustainability objectives and driving business growth through innovative social value approaches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster business growth by ensuring our sustainability approach responds to customer needs and differentiates us in the market.
  • Champion change by aligning best practice social value and sustainability approaches across the business.
  • Drive performance by utilizing KPIs and data analysis to identify opportunities to mitigate risk and accelerate delivery against company and customer sustainability goals.

With over 170 years of history, sustainability and social value have been at the heart of our business. Our 'Now or Never' sustainability strategy sets out our commitment to delivering Brilliant Buildings, Building Lives, and a Better Planet by 2030.

As Regional Sustainability Lead, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team of sustainability, environmental, and social value experts, supporting our growing Midlands Construction business. You will work closely with the Head of Sustainability Operations and other stakeholders to deliver sustainable outcomes that benefit both our customers and the environment.

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave entitlement.
