Career Legal is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal PA to support our dynamic team in the heart of the city.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and manage diaries
  • Provide practice management support, including onboarding new clients and matters
  • Organize meetings and arrange client lunches
  • Process expenses and support fee earners with marketing and business development
  • Manage inboxes and provide general administrative support
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Legal Secretary/PA in a city law firm
  • Strong diary management experience and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to build strong working relationships
  • Proactive and highly organized with strong attention to detail
