Job Role: We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Executive - Commercial Heating Solutions to join our team. As a Specification Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling decorative commercial heating products to M&E consultants, contractors, architects, local authorities, and consulting engineers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the commercial heating industry and excellent sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Selling decorative commercial heating products to M&E consultants, contractors, architects, local authorities, and consulting engineers.
  • Delivering CPD presentations to specifiers and identifying, tracking, and winning specifications.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the commercial heating industry.


Requirements:
  • A strong understanding of the commercial heating industry.
  • Excellent sales skills and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Estimated Salary: £60,000 per annum.
