Job Role: We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Executive - Commercial Heating Solutions to join our team. As a Specification Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling decorative commercial heating products to M&E consultants, contractors, architects, local authorities, and consulting engineers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the commercial heating industry and excellent sales skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Selling decorative commercial heating products to M&E consultants, contractors, architects, local authorities, and consulting engineers.
- Delivering CPD presentations to specifiers and identifying, tracking, and winning specifications.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the commercial heating industry.
Requirements:
- A strong understanding of the commercial heating industry.
- Excellent sales skills and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Estimated Salary: £60,000 per annum.
