About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires a self-motivated individual with strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate others. The post holder will lead the Clinical Audit and Quality Assurance team, focusing on learning and improving from local and national audits and NICE guidance.

You will have experience of partnership working and stakeholder management, as well as analysing data to support quality improvement. The salary for this role is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Clinical Board and Directorate Management teams
  • Lead the Clinical Audit and Quality Assurance team
  • Analyse data to support quality improvement
  • Develop project plans and work programmes
