Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and vigilant Security Relief Officer to join our team at ISS.

About the Role

  • Responsible for the physical security of client premises, ensuring the safety of employees, visitors, and assets.
  • Conduct regular patrols and respond promptly to alarms and incidents, taking appropriate action.
  • Enforce access control and verify the identity of individuals on-site, providing excellent customer service by assisting and guiding visitors.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of security-related activities and collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
  • Ensure high standards at all times, maintaining the professional image of ISS.
  • Undertake induction and training as needed and promote a secure and safe working environment at client sites.

About You

  • Valid SIA licence and proven experience in security or related field.
  • Strong observational and communication skills, ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergencies effectively.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights and weekends.
