Portishead Opportunity:

Lucid Connect Ltd is looking for a highly skilled Helpdesk Engineer to join their successful MSP in Portishead, near Bristol. As a 1st Line Support Engineer, you will work on the client site, providing top-notch technical support to our clients' customers, making sure they receive the best possible service within SLAs and KPIs.

Your Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and service requests, ensuring prompt resolution or escalation when required.
- Collaborate with the team to manage escalations and provide excellent customer service, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with IT concepts, architectures, and technologies, including Office 365, Microsoft Azure, RDS, and more.

Your Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar 1st Line Support Engineer role, preferably in an IT solutions provider.
- Solid understanding of Office 365, Microsoft Azure, RDS, and IT fundamentals.
- Desireable: ITIL Foundation Certified and up-to-date Microsoft qualifications.

- Estimated annual salary range: £28,000 - £30,000, based on your experience and performance.
