We operate in a hybrid model, with our team members working from our London office three days a week.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute large-scale A/B and multivariate tests to drive conversions and improve key performance indicators.
  • Own and deliver A/B test and learn programs, including technical implementation.
  • Plan and implement CRO strategies to enhance conversion rates and other critical metrics.
  • Conduct UX research and design, and analyze web performance metrics to inform optimization efforts.
  • Utilize CRO and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Optimizely, VWO, and Hotjar, to gather insights and inform optimization strategies.
  • Manage multiple CRO projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
  • Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to inform business strategies and decisions.
  • Organize and lead CRO workshops.
  • Lead client communication for CRO-related workstreams, collaborating closely with the Account Management team.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a CRO professional with client-facing skills and efficiency with CRO tools.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Organized, thorough, with a keen attention to detail.
  • An intuitive thinker who can work autonomously.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Consistently proud of the quality of their work.
  • Comfortable speaking up and sharing opinions.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.


Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience working within a digital agency.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles.
