Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care, administering medications, performing medical procedures, and monitoring patient conditions, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of all interventions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, promoting patient-centered care and enhancing overall outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development, maintaining expertise and staying up-to-date with best practices in nursing care.
- Contribute to a safe and respectful work environment, adhering to hospital policies and protocols, and advocating for patient rights and dignity.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with current registration and a valid practicing certificate in en.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering high-quality patient care, with a focus on empathy, compassion, and respect for patient autonomy.
- Basic Life Support certification (or willingness to obtain).
