Freight Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our Amazon Freight team in the EU. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for formulating and executing product strategies for different customer segments, driving profitable growth, and scaling our business.
Key Responsibilities- Product Strategy Development: Define and execute product strategies for different customer segments, aligning with business goals and objectives.
- P&L Management: Review and manage profit and loss statements, working closely with pricing and supply teams to meet business targets.
- Customer Experience Enhancement: Enable new product capabilities to enhance customer experience and drive profitable growth.
- Business Planning: Partner with finance teams to build business plans for upcoming years, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Amazon Freight is a technology-driven service that allows small and large businesses to use Amazon to transport palletized goods across Europe. We are a team of product and program managers that develop solutions to enhance shipper experience and drive profitable growth across various ship modes.
We are part of the Amazon Transportation Services organization, responsible for many of Amazon's best-in-class logistics and transportation operations.
Requirements- Education: A degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level, with a strong background in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology.
- Skills: Quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills, experience working close to business financials (P&L), and experience designing business strategies.
- MBA: An MBA or equivalent experience in business development, product management, or a related field.
- Research Experience: Experience in delivering end-to-end customer research studies, including study design, fieldwork, analysis, recommendations, reporting, and presentation of results to senior leadership.
