  • Develop strong relationships and rapport with pupils, ensuring they stay on track with the curriculum.

Requirements:
  • Experience working within a SEN school or similar setting.
  • Strong ability to develop relationships and rapport with pupils.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, proactivity, and resilience to work with pupils who may have challenging behaviors.
