About the Role:

The Specialist Palliative Care Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced nurse to take on a new challenge and develop their skills in a supportive environment.

Requirements:

  • Must have a degree/equivalent within Nursing (RGN qualified) and an active NMC Registration (Adult)
  • Recent UK nursing experience
