Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Clinical Leader. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the development of our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership to junior staff and support the development of their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure the delivery of occupational therapy student placements and support the development of our services.
  • Support the completion of appraisals and personal development plans with junior staff.
  • Develop and implement policies, protocols, and care pathways to ensure high-quality patient care.

Requirements

  • Occupational Therapy qualification and extensive post-qualification clinical experience.
  • Experience of applying occupational frames of reference and approaches.
  • Highly effective clinical reasoning skills and specialist knowledge of relevant assessment and treatment models.
  • Ability to work with neurodiverse individuals and contribute to the development of our services.
