About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Support Specialist to join our team at Advinia Care Homes Limited. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to Residents who require assistance with daily living tasks.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver person-centered care that respects the dignity and autonomy of all Residents.
  • Work closely with Residents and their families to develop personalized care plans.
  • Assist with personal care tasks, including feeding, toileting, and bathing.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on each Resident's progress.
