Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Clinical Testing Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Birmingham.

  • Estimated salary: 35,000 - 45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and organization of clinical testing trials at our clinic. This includes ensuring the oversight of study protocol, maintaining appropriate records, and reviewing ethics committee and regulatory submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the collection, processing, and secure storage of study documentation
  • Monitor site progress and take appropriate action to ensure strong recruitment, protocol compliance, and high standard of data collection
  • Responsible for the quality of data entry and record-keeping
  • Oversee colleagues to ensure data collection quality remains high and compliant with the study protocol

Requirements:

  • Prior experience working for a clinical or scientific research organization is essential
  • Previous experience in a commercial/private healthcare setting is preferable
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required
