Job Title: Construction Manager

Rate: £375 - £400/day

Duration: 12 months

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our project team and manage the delivery of route works throughout a major upgrade scheme. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working on similar schemes for a main rail contractor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery of route works throughout the scheme
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure timely completion of works
  • Develop and implement project plans to meet client requirements
  • Monitor and control project costs and resources
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience working as a Construction Manager on route work schemes
  • Proven background of working for a tier one contractor
  • Valid PTS, SMSTS and CSCS
