Senior Planner Opportunity at Carter Jonas LLP

We are seeking an experienced Senior Planner to join our Planning team in Oxford. As part of our fully integrated Planning and Development South team, you will be working collaboratively on planning and development projects across various sectors in the south and southwest.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional planning advice to clients on a range of planning matters, including negotiations with local authorities and other statutory undertakers.
  • Represent clients' interests in local plan inquiries and provide advice on planning potential.
  • Prepare and submit planning applications, undertaking detailed negotiations with local authorities and other statutory bodies.
Requirements:

We are looking for a RTPI Chartered Planner with post-qualification experience in a planning consultancy role. You will have a strong understanding of the local area and the planning system, with the ability to work independently on smaller projects and as part of a team.
