Theatre Operations Manager

About the JobThe post holder will work closely with Surgery Consultants and Specialist Registrar Trainees, covering specialties such as Upper GI, Endocrine, Bariatrics, and Colorectal. This role offers excellent training opportunities for all team members.
Main Duties- Participate in professional development activities and clinical governance programmes, including audit.
- Support the development of team members, ensuring equal opportunities for growth and development.
- Contribute to the surgical on-call rota, providing critical care services when needed.
