Job Description

Recruit North Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our client's team in a permanent, full-time position. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional care to service users, promoting their wellbeing, and working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Deputy Manager in leading the care staff and maintaining a high standard of care delivery.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the changing needs of service users, prioritizing their privacy, dignity, and personal choice.
  • Manage the service in accordance with agreed standards, ensuring compliance with legal, professional, and regulatory requirements.
  • Undertake medicine management, rota planning, and staff supervision, ensuring adequate staffing levels and a fair allocation of leave.
  • Collaborate with service users, their families, and friends to ensure their wishes and preferences are respected and incorporated into care plans.
Requirements:
  • Good English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Registration with the relevant body, e.g. NMC.
  • Level 1 Registered Nurse Qualification.
  • Previous experience in similar environments and supervisory roles.
  • Knowledge of rota planning and staff management.
Benefits:
