Senior Community Staff Nurse/District Nurse

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Community Staff Nurse to join our dedicated Community Nursing team at North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver holistic, patient-centered care in the community, working closely with primary health care teams and other health and social care professionals.
- Manage complex caseloads, providing clinical leadership and operational management of the community nurse team.
- Work collaboratively with the District Nursing Team Leads and Band 6 District/Senior Community Nurses to deliver nursing care across weekdays, weekends, bank holidays, and evenings.
Requirements
- Proven ability to work within a changing environment, with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on patient-centered care.
- Experience of working in community nursing, with a strong understanding of the complexities of community care.
