About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to lead our holiday club play leader team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a variety of fun-filled activities to children aged 5-12 years old.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate your team to ensure they are delivering the programme to a high standard.
  • Liaise with parents, the staffing team, and directors regularly to ensure a positive and inclusive experience for all children.
  • Develop and deliver coaching programmes that are challenging, realistic, and fun for primary-aged children.
  • Create a positive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and physical development.
  • Deliver coaching programmes to a high standard consistently, following our coaching philosophy of ensuring everything we deliver is Fun, Inclusive, and Educational.
  • Understand the individual needs of staff and children and challenge/engage them appropriately.
  • Deal with any first aid/emergency situations.
  • Be approachable and liaise with parents to ensure a positive experience for all.
  • Be committed to delivering every session to the best of your ability.
  • Be creative and passionate in your delivery.
