Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the upkeep of communal and private areas of the Grove Village estate, including litter picking, hand delivering letters, removing large unwanted goods, jet washing, and general gardening.
  • Work closely with customers to provide excellent customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve performance goals and improve services.
  • Manage your own time effectively to meet the demands of the role.

What We Offer

As an Estate Officer with Your Housing Group, you will receive a competitive salary of £22,000-£25,000 for a 35-hour week, plus 25 annual leave and Bank Holidays. We also offer a flexible homeworking culture, a contributory pension, and a range of benefits including a healthcare cash plan and discount scheme.
